Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Lebanon, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a 810-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The work for which proposals are invited consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required for the Downtown Restrooms Facility, 22-04. The awarded contractor will be responsible for all work, scheduling, labor, materials, equipment, and warranty items. Bid documents may be obtained by emailing a completed bid documents request form Each bidder shall submit a printed copy of the Bid Documents booklet with all applicable forms filled out. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. To ensure that bidders are basing their bid on complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, bidders shall only obtain bidding documents and prepare their bids using bid documents obtained directly from the City of Lebanon. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, all contractors and subcontractors must comply with the prevailing wage rates established by the State of Ohio Division of Labor and Worker Safety Wage and Hour Bureau, and to all EEO requirements. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, even if not accepted or rejected. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities in the bidding; and to enter into a contract with the bidder who, the City finds, offered the lowest and best proposal. The estimated total cost range for the materials and labor for the Base Bid of the project is $325,000.00. The successful bidder shall begin work on or after Wednesday, February 9, 2022, completion date of Friday, June 3, 2022.
