Electrical power and lighting modifications Proposal The Cherokee County Commissioners is requesting bids to be submitted for the Interior Remodel of the Cherokee County Health Department. This bid is further described as Bid #_ - CCHD Interior Remodel of the Cherokee County Health Dept. Each sealed envelope containing a bid must be clearly marked on the outside lower left corner, "SEALED BID-DO NOT OPEN" "BID # _ - CCHD-Interior Remodel of the Health Dept." and bear on the outside the bidder's name and address. This sealed bid envelope shall be delivered to the Cherokee County Clerk. When forwarded by mail, the sealed bid envelope must be inside another envelope addressed to the Cherokee County Clerk, 213 W Delaware, and Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464. Contractor shall provide and a detailed breakdown of the bid for each Division of work with his bid. This is provided on page 1 of the bid form. Divisions which include large amounts are to be further broken down to multiple line items. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Board of County Commissioners will accept the lowest and or best bid. Signed and notarized Non-Collusion Affidavit and Certificate of Insurance MUST BE ATTACHED TO ALL BIDS. Should packages require mailing, an additional $30.00 is required for shipping and handling. Plans can be scanned and issued by the Contractor once he has been issued a set of plans. Plans are not sold and are not the ownership of the Contractor and must be returned after a Contractor has been selected by the Owner. Type of Bid Proposals shall be for one lump sum for all work shown on drawings. This lump sum proposal shall include all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform the defined Work. All bids shall be submitted on the original or copied bid form provided within the Project Manual. Other submittals will be rejected. Qualifications of Bidders Bidders will be required to furnish Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Statutory Bond. Requirements shall not in any way relieve the General Contractor or sub-contractors from responsibilities. Right to Reject Proposals The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid.
