The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Schwartz Road Water Main Extension as follows: Installation of 31,400' of 12" HDPE pipe by horizontal directional drilling, along with associated hydrants, valves, and other appurtances. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by City Utilities Engineering . No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City, or is engaged in litigation with the City.
