CITY OF WEST RICHLAND STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS WELL NO. 3 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT The City of West Richland is soliciting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications from consulting engineering firms interested in providing professional municipal engineering services for the following project: WELL NO. 3 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT. The following expertise and experience will be required: preparation and completion of state and federal environmental documentation and permitting, plans, specifications and estimates, project close-out documentation all in accordance with the Department of Health and the WSDOT local agency guidelines. The project includes the drilling of a new potable ground water well and the construction of a new well building for the pump controls and equipment located near the original well site. Also included is the decommissioning of the existing well and well building. This project is being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number 201.019 awarded to the City of West Richland by the U.S. Department of Treasury. Statements of Qualifications shall be limited to ten (10) single sided pages and shall include the following information: key personnel; firm experience with PS & E in accordance with State and Federal guidelines; state and federal environmental/permitting processes; familiarity with the City of West Richland and/or other similar municipalities; and past performance/references.
