All bids will be reviewed by the perkiomen township board of supervisors at their regular supervisors meeting at 7:00 p.m. on february 1, 2022. The work to be performed for the municipal buildings upgrades consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for improvements including replacement of shingled roofs, replacement and repairs of exterior finishes such as existing stucco and eifs systems, the addition of two porch roofs at building entrances and administration building hvac upgrades. two contracts shall be engaged for completion of the project as follows: contract no.1 general construction contract no 2 hvac construction each proposal for the project shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank treasurer's check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the form provided by the contract documents, drawn to the order of perkiomen township, and in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and the performance thereby properly secured.
