The Village of Muiris requesting Bids for the construction of Contract C:Water System Improvements. The Project includes the construction of approximately 11,200feetof private-side water services in the following locations: Superior Street from Prairie Street to Plains Street. Plains Street from Superior Street to Maple Street. Cliff Street from Ionia Street to Liberty Street. Prospect Street from Ionia Street to Plains Street. Garden Street from Liberty Street to Plains Street. Maple Street (M-21) from Ionia Street to Center Street. Work includes obtaining associated plumbing permits, augering water services, placing curb stops & boxes and meter pits. Existing water services identified by the project that qualify as Lead Service Lines as defined by Michigan's Lead and Copper Rule will be replaced to 18 inches inside the structure. Restoration work includes asphalt paving, concrete paving, gravel driveways, sidewalk, landscape restoration, topsoil, seeding, mulch blanket and all related work. A pre-bid conference will not be held.
