Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform refurbishment of shower/surrounds and refinish terrazzo shower pans in 8 showers in Filmore Hall of the Hillside complex. The contractor is also responsible for refurbishing 17 fiberglass tubs with shower surrounds (8 in Filmore Hall and 9 in Darian Hall). Failure to meet the deposit requirement to receive the bid documents from the appropriate source will deem the bidder's submission as non-responsive. Deposits less than $50.00 are non-refundable. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 8% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
