Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Stevens, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The City of Lake Stevens is soliciting from qualified consulting firms to provide professional services for the design, bidding, and construction management services for installation of approximately 1,250 linear feet multi-use path with landscape buffer between SR 9 and 100th Dr SE, and two multi-modal crossings at WSDOT SR 9 roundabout project and 18th St SE with approximately 300 feet of sidewalk between 18th St SE and 20th St SE. Questions related to this Request for Qualifications will be taken via email until January 13, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. All questions and responses will be posted to the city website proposal page on January 18, 2022. The City reserves the right to select a vendor based solely on the information submitted in the statement and to make a contract award without any further discussion with the vendors regarding the responses received. The City also reserves the right to conduct discussions with vendors who submit statements. The City is not under any obligation to reveal to a vendor how a response was assessed or to provide information relative to the decision-making process. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
