Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Stevens, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of improving ADA facilities at various locations within the City of Lake Stevens, including demolition and construction of ADA ramps, pavement markings, permanent signing, utility adjustments, temporary traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
