**As of October 11 ,2022, project was awarded to Wilson Construction Management, LLC, awarded amount is $4,317,114.94. The completion date for this project is 550 consecutive calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed.** Project consists of roadway safety and traffic operational improvements on Mack Dobbs Road, beginning at Caylor Circle and ending at Cobb Parkway (US 41). Improvements will include turn lanes, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and drainage improvements. Cobb County Water System work is also included in this project. Project Duration: The time allowed for performance of the project will be 365 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. All New Prospective Bidders Are Strongly Encouraged to Pre-register With Cobb County Finance Prior to Bid Closing. Contractor must meet the current bid requirements of the Georgia Department of Transportation. Contractor and their subcontractors are required to be in compliance with the "Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act." Cobb County will affirmatively comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d-42 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, part 21 Nondiscrimination Act(s).
