Renovation of a municipal facility in Kennesaw, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, skills, equipment and incidentals necessary for the completion of the: PUBLIC WORKS 2nd FLOOR BUILDOUT. Final payment of amounts withheld or deposited in escrow will not be made until the City of Kennesaw has certified that the work has been satisfactorily completed and accepted. Only a proposal submitted by a Contractor on record with the City Clerks Office as having received general conditions, specifications and contract documents from the Issuing Office will be opened. All bids must be made out on the bid form furnished with the Contract Documents, in accordance with the instructions in the information for bidders. No interlineations, additions or deletions shall be made in the bid form by the Bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive formalities, re-advertise, and to reduce or add to the contract from time to time. Oral interpretations of the meaning of general conditions, specifications or other Contract documents shall not be binding over written material. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing, via email, addressed to Mr. John Vasicak, email: jvasicak@croyeng.com and to be given consideration must be received by Friday, October 28, 2022, 5:00pm Local Time. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the
