Renovation of a municipal facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide EMS upgrade services of the current Niagara Tridium R2 System as described herein in accordance with manufacturer's standards for the equipment identified in Exhibit A, Attachment 1. Service shall include the following: 1. Provide and Install Equipment 2. Training 3. Technical Support B. The services will be performed at the following location: Hugh Burns State Building (#701) - 2550 Mariposa Mall Fresno, CA 93721 C. The rates specified in Exhibit B, Attachment 1, Cost Sheet, shall stay in effect for the entire Agreement term. Contractor was afforded the opportunity at the walk-through to examine work sites and specifications and investigate conditions, character and quality of surface, subsurface materials or obstacles and conditions that might be encountered. No additions or increases to the Agreement amount will be made due to conditions that existed at the walk-through. D. The State anticipates a 12-month term for this Agreement.
