Renovation of a military facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Removal and Replacement of four (4) existing gas/electric 4-ton HVAC package units with four (4) new 5-ton units (Unit #1 Heat Pump Unit and Units #2 #3, #4 Natural Gas for Heating) supplied by the California Military Department (CMD) at the Hammer Field Maintenance Shop (FMS), located at 5575 East Airways Blvd, Fresno, California, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) The Prime Contractor shall self-perform on the site (trade work) with its own organization, work equivalent to at least twenty percent (20%) of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract. The Prime Contractor shall provide at all times sufficient competent labor, materials, and equipment to properly carry on the work and to insure completion within the time agreed. The Government Estimate for this project is $75,000.00. The prime contractor MUST possess an C-20 Warm-Air Heating/Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractors License. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to SGM Matthew Adams, at matthew.d.adams14.mil@army.mil and SSG Javier Hernandez, at javier.hernandez14.mil@army.mil. no later than 4:00 P.M. on March 29, 2022. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued in the event package electronically.
