It is the purpose and intent of these Specifications to describe the minimum requirements for MAGNETIC FLOW METERS to be used by THE WATER DIVISION and other Departments within the City of Fresno. b) All items not specifically mentioned which are required for a complete unit shall be included in the unit bid price. c) All equipment and accessories to be furnished must be new and in current production. All products shall conform in design, strength, quality of material and workmanship to current industry standards. d) Each bid shall be accompanied by two sets of literature/specification sheets. All equipment and accessories shall comply with regulations of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and/or the California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Cal/OSHA), whichever is more restrictive.
