Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of June 13, 2022, the project was awarded to Central Valley Asphalt $138,000.00 and Tosted Asphalt, Inc. $170,900.00. The total awarded amount is $308,900.00. Asphalt Pavement Rehabilitation at Various Sites - Group 1 - Bakman ES, Fresno HS, Hamilton K-8, Lane ES, McCardle ES Remove and replace asphalt concrete pavement, concrete curb and sidewalk, signs and wheelstops; and install of crack fill, seal coat, pavement striping, and all other related sitework. Prime Contractor must have a valid Class "A", "C-12" or "C-32" Contractor's License. Refer questions to Panhia Moua (559) 457-6042. Questionnaire and Financial Statement shall be submitted directly to DISTRICT Purchasing Department no later than 2:00 PM, April 15, 2022. This Project is subject to prequalification, pursuant to Public Contract Code 20111.6. Contractors submitting bids to perform as both Prime Contractor/General Contractor or Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Subcontractor must be prequalified prior to bidding on the project. Prime Contractors must list prequalified mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors or in order for their bid to be "responsive". Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing subcontractors are contractors holding either: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and C-46 contractor's license. Prequalified Prime Contractor may self-perform electrical, plumbing, mechanical work if prequalified under applicable licenses. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to Fresno Unified.
