California State University, Fresno is seeking qualified contractors to perform on minor capital, maintenance and repair projects. Effective July 01, 2022 the dollar value for capital projects may not exceed $929,000.00 and are subject to prevailing wage in accordance with California Code Section 1770. Contractors interested in becoming pre-qualified and shortlisted for capital projects and/or maintenance repairs must possess a valid California Contractors License, Insurance, be bondable and must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to California Labor Code section 1725.5. The California State University requires that all contractors bidding on its Minor Capital public works projects attain a minimum of three percent (3%) Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Participation. Information will be specified in the Contract Documents for each project you may be interested in bidding. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
