Specifications: 1.All bid items shall be supplied with base plates, anchor bolts with bolt covers, HS head capscrew, and HS cap screw bolts and shall be per Caltrans 1997 Standards. 2.Bid item #1 will have bid items #5 and #6 mounted to it. 3.Bid item #2 will have bid item #7 mounted to it. 4.Bid item #3 will have bid item #8 mounted to it. 5.Bid item #4 will have bid items #5 and #9 mounted to it.
