CERTIFICATION, DISQUALIFICATION, and REMEDIES By signing this document, Bidder represents and warrants that all statements, certifications, and information submitted in response to this solicitation are true, current, complete, and accurate. Failure to sign will disqualify response. TMD may pursue and enforce any available remedies against the Bidder for making false statements, including disqualifying the Bidder's response, immediately cancelling any Contract awarded to Vendor, or recommending State of Texas debarment. TERM, PRICING, and FUNDING The initial contract term is effective on the effective date stated in the notice of award (or purchase order if there is no notice of award) and expires one year from that effective date. Additionally, this Contract has three one-year optional renewal periods available, which TMD solely reserves the right to exercise one optional renewal period at a time. If necessary at the end of the last optional renewal period, TMD may also extend the Contract as described in the terms and conditions section entitled "Option to Extend Services." TMD will not allow changes after Date of Award to terms or pricing during either the initial term of the Contract or any optional renewal period. The continuation of this Contract for any period is subject to the availability of TMD's funding source for the Contract. The Texas Military Department is seeking bids for the purchase of a complete HVAC renovation of Bldg 00001 at Camp Maxey in Powderly, TX Provide all necessary equipment, supervision, labor, and material to execute the scope of work as outlined below. o Recover refrigerant, remove the existing (3) split systems with DX cooling/gas heat and dispose of offsite. o Furnish and install (4) split systems; (1)-3 ton and (3)-4 ton, with DX cooling/gas heat. Equipment sizing and placement to be confirmed upon site walk-through/pre-bid meeting. Conference Room & Kitchen o Replace existing split system and gas furnace. Replacement furnace to be up flow o Abandon under floor ductwork that serves conference room. Remove floor registers, cap openings and re-install registers. o Install new ductwork above acoustical ceiling with new registers. Sizing of duct work to include quantity and placement of registers to be determined by system size and air distribution requirements. Southeast Office o Replace existing system and upsize to provide temperature control of east foyer. o Remove existing flex duct and replace with rigid externally insulated duct. o Install balancing dampers at each branch duct serving individual offices. In addition, propose an alternate price for furnishing and installing VAV diffusers at each office. o Extend ductwork to include east foyer. Work-out room, Range Control Office, and Female Latrine o Replace existing system and upsize to provide temperature control of Range Control Office and female latrine. o Modify and extend ductwork serving work-out room to female latrine and Range Control Office. Provide return air transfer from Range Control office to work-out room. o Install balancing dampers as necessary. In addition, propose an alternate price for furnishing and installing a VAV diffuser in the office. Supply Room and Male Latrine o Install new system to be sized for supply room and male latrine. o Furnish and install internally lined exposed ductwork for distribution with supply registers. Sizing of duct work to include quantity and placement of registers to be determined by system size and air distribution requirements. o Route new electrical circuits from sub-panel on south wall of drill hall to supply room furnace and the condenser to be located outside the north wall of the supply room. o Furnace to be mounted horizontally and suspended as high as possible from structure above.
