Renovation of a mixed-use development in Grapevine, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
New package rooftop A/C units with gas heating shall be furnished and installed to replace existing designated A/C units at the following school facilities: Colleyville Middle School Dove Elementary School Colleyville Elementary School Silver Lake Elementary School We will need to provide Smoke Detectors in return air for shut-off control at each unit over 5 tons, tied to existing fire alarm panel, as required by code. New gas piping for each unit will need to be painted with weather-resistant paint. Please email all questions to - tleach@leelewis.com As of January 4, 2022 this project is Sub-Bidding. An architect and general contractor have been selected. Information regarding subcontractor bidding opportunities is available. Construction is anticipated to begin in June 2022.
