For mowing, litter control, weed abatement, fertilization, herbicides/pesticides/fungicide applications, irrigation services and landscape services to be performed at various parks, medians, right-of-way, facilities, open spaces, and athletic complexes in the four operation zones within the City of Grapevine as described in the following bid specifications. Bidders shall only submit a bid for each zone that they intend to service. The contract will be awarded to the bid providing the BEST VALUE to the City of Grapevine as determined by the evaluation criteria as stated herein. The City may award one or more operation zones as a result of the best value bid. However, one bidder will not be awarded more than 3 of the 4 operation zones. The City reserves the right to execute or not execute, as applicable, a contract with the successful bidder(s), where it is determined to be in the City's best interests. The City does not represent that any award will be made. This best value bid is in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. Bids will be awarded by primary and secondary for each zone.
