Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Carthage, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project work will include Install estimated 200 feet of 6 chain link fence to support gates. Install three cantilever gates 1 30ft, 1 20ft, and 1-25ft and reinstall existing 24ft gate Install concrete pedestals for operators at each gate Install slide gate operators for each gate Install photo safety sensors for each gate Install exit loops at each gate Install gooseneck stands for card readers at each gate Power and communications conduit will be provided by CWEP Access Control - Install and configure the necessary components required for gate operation via HID ISOProx II proximity cards and Doorking Micro Plus wireless remotes. Integrate with CWEPs Kantech Entrapass Corporate Edition system, Kantech certification required. Power and communications conduit will be provided by CWEP. A description of our organization, objective, and project requirements are specified in this proposal request. CWEP is exempt from Federal Excise Taxes, and Missouri State Sales and Use Taxes. CWEPs federal tax identification number is 44-6000-158. QUESTION DEADLINE: THURSDAY, 1/20/2022, AT 1:00 P.M. For some projects assigned to the Contractor, depending on cost and complexity, CWEP may require an acceptable performance Bond (See Section 4.1 Performance Bond). Additionally, CWEP may request a Payment Bond, and will demand one when required by Missouri law. The cost of any required bonds will be treated as a separate line item in the cost estimate of the individual assigned project. CWEP reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technical defects, and to select the proposal deemed most advantageous to CWEP. I hereby certify that my proposal is in full compliance with this solicitation and all the terms and conditions imposed herein and agree to perform any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation, accordingly.
