Preliminary scope of work for Acrylic Restoration System for 2510 Avalon St., as manufactured by Carlisle Roof Foam and Coatings. 1. Clean roof using power washer at BOO --1000 PSI with a wide fan tip. A light detergent should be used, and any Bose material or membrane must be removed before coating is applied. 2. Make any repairs or new membrane installation including reworking of the drains before application of seam treatments and any required Kimers. 3. Apply 1.5 gallons per 100 sf of SeamlesSeal Acyclic bleed block base coat to the substrate. Allow 4-8 hours to dry. 4. Treat al seams, penetrations, and damage areas with microfiber or fabric reinformed SeamlesSeal Acrylic Coating. (Microfiber Mastic Yields: 60 DFT = 37-50LF at 4' wide or 185-2501F per 5-gallon pall). 5. Apply 3.5 gallons of SeamlesSeal Acrylic coating to entire roof surface in 1-1.5 gallons passes. Ensure to apply passes in a crosshatch pattern to endure consistent coverage. 6. Final minimum thickness of 25 mils DFT of Acrylic coating for a warranty term of 10 years.
