Plumas County Public Works is accepting bids for the removal of four (4) trees in the Quincy Area Bidder must have a current California Contractor's license C-61/D-49 that will allow the type of work requested in this RFB, and shall either be a Licensed Timber Operator (LTO) or provide proof that an LTO has been contracted with by bidder for the project. Bidders are responsible for assuring that the most current State of California Bureau of Labor Standards wage and benefit compensation applicable to their workers for this project is used. 6.
