As of February 11, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award not yet been established. Contractor shall submit cost for all work as described Early College Office renovation at the Aviation Technology Building located at 2175 South Hoffman road, Indianapolis, IN 46241. All work shall be completed and installed in accordance with this RFP cover letter and the included project drawings and project specifications. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials and labor. All work shall be done in a workman-like manner, using industry standard means and methods. Please provide a detailed description of the scope and limitation of the project with your proposal. The Owner may make such investigation as he deems necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the work, and the bidder shall furnish to the Owner all such information and data for this Purpose that the Owner may request. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to complete the work contemptated therein. The successful bidder must agree to complete the work in a timely manner; pending issuance of purchase order agreement. Contractors shall note that work will be occurring during VU classes. The Contractors receiving award will need to coordinate with Owner In order to complete work with no disruption to the Owners schedule. Each bidder must inform himself fully of the conditions relating to the construction of the project and the employment of the labor thereon. Failure to do so will not relieve a successful bidder of his obligation to furnish all materials and labor necessary to carry out the provisions of his contract. Insofar as possible, the contractor, in carrying out his work, must employ such methods of means as will not cause any interruption of or interference with the work of any other contractor. Bids shall be executed in accordance with the provided bid form. The Contractor shall acknowledge all addenda on bid form. All blank spaces for bid prices must be filled in, in ink or typewritten, in both words and figures.
