Bid Valid 64 Days from Bid Opening Liquidated Damages $2,500 Per Calendar Day Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% THE PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES MULTIPHASE FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FRESNO AREA EXPRESS FACILITY. THE SCOPE INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: 1. A RECONFIGURED STAFF PARKING LOT WITH NEW GATED DRIVEWAY. 2. RENOVATION OF APPROXIMATELY 400 SF OF THE (E) ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, INCLUDING REPLACING AN EXTERIOR DOOR. 3. REPLACING THE BUS WASH EQUIPMENT AND EXTENDING THE ROOF CANOPY OF THE (E) FUEL & WASH BUILDING. 4. RENOVATION OF THE APPROXIMATELY 500 SF (E) TOILET & LOCKER BUILDING. 5. A SMALL NEW BUILDING, THE "FUEL & WASH ANNEX". SINGLE-STORY, APPROXIMATELY 2,500 SF. FROM A LIFE-SAFETY STANDPOINT, THIS IS AN ADDITION TO THE NEARBY FUEL & WASH BUILDING The Engineer's Estimate of Cost for this project is $15,000,000.
