Site work and paving for a road / highway in Palm Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of 1.5" milling & paving and 1" thin lift asphalt overlay for streets in Unit 20. All streets in Unit 20 are within the City of Palm Bay Right of Way. Construction shall include all incidentals items for work to be performed as per the construction plans for the roadways in Unit 20 to include: milling and paving, thin lift paving, any utility adjustments, sidewalk connections and ADA additions, temporary striping and final thermoplastic striping and pay quantities provided in each of the bid documents. The selected contractor shall furnish and install all construction work identified on the plans per the specifications identified herein. Additional information can be obtained by contacting the person identified in the bid/proposal document. The City reserves the right to waive any bid/proposal informality or technicality and to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, whichever serves the best interest of the City of Palm Bay.
