1. Contractor will remove the existing air conditioning system and install one (1) replacement air conditioning system. The systems are currently rated as indicated below: a. Trane Model TWE120B300DA (Air Handler) 208-230 volts / 3 phase b. Trane Model TTA120B30SDA (Condenser unit) 208-230 volts / 3 phase Question Deadline 08/25/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Submittals will be accepted via email facilities@pbfll.org, U.S. Mail (1150 DeGroodt Rd SW Palm Bay, FL 32908), or in person but must be received no later than Friday August 25, 2023 at close of business. The City of Palm Bay is requesting price quotes for the material, service, tools, delivery, and labor required to remove and dispose of existing air conditioning system, and install new air conditioning system (AHU-2) as specified in the attached, located at Fire Department Head Quarters, 899 Carlyle Ave SE Palm Bay FL 32909. The contractor is responsible for observing all OSHA regulations and shall self-inspect to ensure that this is accomplished. The contractor shall ensure that all personnel are properly trained and shall be able to provide documentation for their personnel that they have attended training courses. 2. The contractor shall be aware that while working on City property, representatives from agencies such as the United States Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Division of Safety, State of Florida are invitees and need not have warrants or permission to enter the work site. These agencies enter at the pleasure of the City.
