Bidders who intend to hand deliver bids and/or conduct business with Livingston County should allow sufficient time for any delay which may arise as a result of security procedures. To be considered "delivered on time"; a submission must be received by County Administration by the above mentioned day and time.All bids must be accompanied by a fully executed Non-Collusion Certification and Appendix "D" Certification "Iranian Energy Sector Divestment" pursuant to New York State General Municipal Law Section 103-g in order to be considered.
