Renovation of an educational facility in Geneseo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of July 9, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. All work on this Contract is to be completed within 90 days after the date of the Notice to Proceed. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
