Renovation of a mixed-use development in Canby, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Emerick, as the CM|GC, is seeking subcontractor bids for the renovation of Ackerman Middle School, Lee Elementary and District Office facility. Scope of work includes but is not limited to Lee Elementary School: Safety and Security upgrades, HVAC upgrades with new DDC controls, new CTE space, LED lighting upgrade, roof upgrades, low voltage system upgrades Ackerman School: Safety and Security upgrades, ADA Updates, HVAC upgrades with new DDC controls, Roof replacement, exterior envelope improvements, low voltage system upgrades. District Office: Safety and Security upgrades, HVAC upgrades with new DDC controls, exterior envelope improvements, low voltage system upgrades, new flooring, and workspaces.
