The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking Bids from Licensed Demolition contractors for the demolition the old Bay County Waste To Energy Facility located at 6510 Bay Line Drive, Panama City, FL 32404 The County is seeking bids for 2 options: Option 1: Lump Sum Base Bid - Contractor to demolish buildings, separate metal, concrete, and other recyclable materials into County provided dumpsters. County to sell scrap materials to appropriate recycling companies. Option 2: Alternate Lump Sum Base Bid - Contractor to demolish buildings, separate metal, concrete, and other recyclable materials for scrap. Contractor to sell scrap materials to appropriate recycling companies. This number should reflect the savings to Bay County. The County will check the bids and notify the selected bidder at the earliest opportunity. Each bid shall be valid to Bay County for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid opening.
