Renovation of a water / sewer project in South Point, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the demolition, removal, and/or replacement of breaker boxes, control panels, a generator, VFD's, blowers, including but not limited to wire, conduit, and other necessary appurtenances. The amount of the certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit shall be equal to ten (10) percent of the Bid and the Successful Bidder will be required to submit a bond in the form provided in 153.57 of the Ohio Revised Code in conjunction with the execution of the Contract. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the Bidding Documents and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. The OWNER intends that this Project be completed no later than the time period as set forth in Article 4 of the Standard Form of Agreement between OWNER and CONTRACTOR on the Basis of a Stipulated Price. Each Bidder must insure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, ancestry, or age. The Village of South Point reserve the right to waive any informalities or irregularities. The Village of South Point reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or times and/or award the bid to the lowest and best bidder.
