The Proposed Project consists of the selective demolition, renovation, and new improvements to the existing retention pond on the Northeast Tech Pryor campus. 2. Project cost range is generally anticipated to be $225,000 - $400,000. 3. Work on the Project is anticipated to commence April 2022. 4. Project is anticipated to be substantially complete July 2022. Construction Contract: Prospective Bidders will prequalify for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades). PLEASE NOTE: The Owner will make a final determination of prequalification bidders for the Project. Prequalified bidders will be notified of their qualification as such determination is made.
