Estimated Project Value ; $210-$230K The Project includes the following Work Installation of new children's playground equipment as well as associated park improvements. Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted electronically. This Project falls under The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania enacted Act 127 of 2012, known as the Public Works Employment Verification Act ('the Act') which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award. The Work will be substantially complete on or before August 26, 2022, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance of the General Conditions on or before September 23, 2022. The Owner will not award any Contract to a Bidder that has been debarred by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry for noncompliance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply.
