Replacement of the Pedestrian Bridge Window Hinges at the Middletown Train Station The Authority reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any and all Bids and to waive any informality In the IFB process as the Authority may deem in its own best interest. Bids received after the specified closing time will be considered late Bids and will not be evaluated for award. Misdirected submittals will not be accepted. Bid questions will be accepted in writing or by email at ahollenbach@rabbittransit.org until 4:00 PM prevailing time on February 29, 2024. No telephone calls will be accepted for questions or clarifications. All Bids and contracts are subject to all applicable Commonwealth and Federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), and the SRTA. All costs incurred by Bidders in the development of their responses to this IFB are the sole responsibility of the Bidding firms. No such costs will be reimbursed by the SRTA. Furthermore, Bidding firms must not include such costs as part of their cost proposals to perform any work described In this IFB.
