Renovation of an educational facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

***As of February 10, 2022, the project was awarded but the award information was not confirmed.*** Purchase and installation of the specified Electronic Classroom Computer Stations (or approved equivalent) for Texas A&M University San Antonio. The Texas A&M University System (TAMUS) is seeking bids on the computer stations/desks, as specified, to include delivery and installation, for FPC Project 25-3265 - Texas A&M University San Antonio Academic Administration Phase 2 building currently under construction in San Antonio. The current delivery and install time-frame is June 13 - July 29, 2022. Each AggieBid line item has the relative specification attached. The specifics of all items are the various components (described in each specification attachment) per Electronic Computer Furniture Systems' (ECFS) products meeting the computer station/desk requirements of the attached floor plan. If bidding other than the ECFS computer station system, the computer stations system offered must meet owner's needs and requirements for the TAMU San Antonio campus. If offering a computer station/desk other than the ECFS product, bidder must include product literature with bid response. Failure to include this information and documentation with your bid response will be grounds for disqualification. This product literature and documentation shall show complete information detailing how the product offered meets specifications and requirements of floor plans. Any deviations from the specifications listed will be used in the evaluation and the A&M System will determine if the product offered is to be considered an equivalent and acceptable to meet our needs. The decision of the A&M System shall be final. 1. This Invitation to Bid shall be per the attached A&M System - Exhibit A Bid_PO Terms. Bidder acknowledges that by submitting a bid response, you and the entity you represent are agreeing to the terms and conditions attached to this Invitation To Bid. 2. Payment Terms are to be Net 30 upon completion of services and receipt of correct invoice. For any other payment terms to be considered, details must be submitted w/ your bid response for consideration and approval. 3. The estimated timeframe for delivery and install is June 13 - July 29, 2022. Reference Attachment A for delivery and install requirements. 4. The product brand/model/specifications are meant to be descriptive, not restrictive. If not offering the exact brand and model specified you must submit detailed specifications for the product offered to be used as part of our evaluation. Failure to submit this information with your bid response will be grounds for disqualification. Any deviations from the specifications listed will be used in the evaluation and the A&M System will determine if the product offered is to be considered an equivalent and acceptable to meet our needs. The decision of the A&M System shall be final. 5. Insurance Requirements - Reference attached Insurance Requirements. The TAMU System requires all vendors performing work on any System member campus to provide proof of the required insurance coverage as noted in the bid. Vendor shall provide and maintain required insurance coverage for the duration of this purchase and until item delivered and installed. 6. References: Required if you have not provided similar / same services to the A&M System or Texas A&M University in the last three (3) years. Provide the company name, company address, company contact name, contact email address, contact telephone number and general description of completed scope of services for three (3) projects where your company has performed similar scope of work. References with institutions of higher education are preferred. Failure to include References, if required, will lead to disqualification of your bid response. 7. The A&M System will evaluate and make the award to the bid that is determined to be the best value to the A&M System based on the following criteria: pricing, specifications, ability to meet requested delivery and installation time-frame, insurance, references (if required), the extent to which the goods or services meet our needs, the vendor's past relationship with the A&M System and other state entities and any other factor the A&M System deems relevant.
