Renovation of an educational facility in Brookfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Town of Brookfield is requesting interested and qualified firms to submit sealed proposals for an upgrade to HVAC Equipment and Controls at Brookfield High School, as described in the separate Project Manual and Set of Drawings. The Town bears no responsibility for misdirected envelopes that are incompletely labeled. Such misdirected envelopes may be declared late and not considered. Faxed or e-mailed proposals will not be accepted, unless otherwise instructed. IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT SHOULD A BID/RFP PROPOSAL BE ACCEPTED,THE DETAILED BID SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDING THE INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS AND THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE SUBMITTED PROPOSAL SHALL ALL AUTOMATICALLY BY THIS REFERENCE BECOME PART OF THE PURCHASE ORDER, CONTRACT, AGREEMENT OR AN ADDENDUM TO ANY CONTRACT AGREEDUPON.
