Renovation of an educational facility in Brookfield, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Town of Brookfield is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to drain both the domestic water and heating system at the Brookfield Center School to prevent damage from a winter freeze The total building space is approximately 52,000 square feet that no longer operates as a school and is unoccupied, consequently there is currently NO heat in the building. The Town of Brookfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all options, bids or proposals; to waive any technicality in any bid or part thereof, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
