Dane County is inviting Proposals for professional engineering services for a contract period of five (5) years. Work will primarily be related to Department of Waste & Renewables projects including, but not limited to landfill / civil design services; monitoring systems design and assistance, construction services, environmental assistance, and emergency event response. The goal is to have a contract with a Professional Engineering firm (or firms) for Work consisting mainly of smaller periodic projects, with an estimated annual contract amount of $5,000-$50,000 per awarded bidder. Workload will be assigned on an as needed basis and at the discretion of Dane County. No performance bond is required. January 21, 2022 - 2:00 p.m. Written inquiries due March 21, 2022 (est.) Dane County may award contracts to multiple bidders and may split work between different bidders depending on firms' expertise in related work. Dane County reserves the right to accept or reject any Proposal submitted. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
