Transportation Region/Bureau: Southwest Region The Southwest Region requires assistance to perform project manager and engineer duties as an extension of WisDOT staff for project planning and scoping. rovide one part-time to full -time (0.75 FTE), anticipated 30 - 40 hours per week depending of project needs, project manager/project engineer with 8-12 years of experience and to assist with development of scoping packages for state system highway improvement projects. Duties to include management of scoping packages, general scope development, quantity and cost estimating, safety reviews, conflict identification and resolution, value engineering, and budgeting. This work is expected to be performed via telework with some in-person meetings at the SW Region Madison and La Crosse offices. This work is anticipated to start at a part-time status and progress to full-time within a few months after the start of the contract. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 8.25 DBE goal on project: No The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
