The project will include the demolition of three existing gas-fired, water-cooled rooftop units on the existing building and the installation of new equipment furnished by the owner, shipped to the contractors facility, and installed by the contractor. No other work will be provided by the owner. Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable to complete the mechanical work, and the associated general construction, electrical, crane, roof cutting and patching, painting, structural reinforcement, and temperature control work. Kearney Public Schools is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for the construction of a rooftop unit/dedicated outside air unit replacement. The project site will be available for construction to commence starting May 23, 2022. Construction shall be completed no later than August 1, 2022. The entire project will take place at Central Elementary / Merryman Performing Arts Center located at 300 W 24th Street, Kearney, NE 68845.
