The City of Wentzville, Missouri is seeking proposals for Construction Management Services-Owner's Agent for a Public Works Facility Project Design and Construction. Question Cutoff Date: 1/24/2022 11:00 PM (ET) Total Construction Cost $20,502,500 The City of Wentzville is seeking requests for proposals from qualified Firms to provide Professional Construction Management services ("CM Services") to support the design, planning and construction of an approximate 49,000 square foot Public Works Facility located on an 11 acre site southeast of the intersection of Interstate Drive and Wilmer Road. The budgeted direct construction cost for this facility is $20,000,000 for the initial phase. The City has already acquired the services of a Professional Architect, H Design Group, which has produced a Programming Report and 50% design documents for the facility. This project entails design completion and construction of a public works facility that has been programmed for the following components/ divisions: Fleet Maintenance, Streets, Signals and Stormwater, Potable Water, Public Works Administration, Winter Storm Operations, as well as other storage and spaces related to the mission of the City of Wentzville's Public Works Department. The selected firm will provide material knowledge during final design phase, so as to illicit the best financial decisions pertaining to the use of various materials and design for the facility.
