Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Wentzville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Wentzville is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Water Reclamation Center Phase 3 Expansion project, which consists of an aeration basin addition, conversion Treatment Unit #2 to an Aerobic Digester, construction of meter vault and modifications to the return activated sludge line at the influent flow splitter structure. If the Contractor's Bid is in excess of $50,000.00, the Contractor shall also furnish within ten (10) days of notification of contract award a satisfactory Performance Bond in the full amount of the Contract Sum If the Contractor's Bid is in excess of $50,000, the Contractor shall furnish within ten (10) days of notification of contract award a satisfactory Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract Sum. The City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all bids, or portions thereof, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all the bids. The City of Wentzville reserves the right to cancel this IFB in part or in its entirety.
