St. Charles County is seeking bids for Interstate Drive - Phase I Project Material Testing Services. The county reserves the right to terminate the contract for any violation, by the successful bidder, of any term or condition of the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party time to remedy any deficiencies. All bid prices submitted must be guaranteed for ninety (90) days. All questions must be received no later than 3:00 PM on 10/4/2023. Any question received after this deadline may not be answered.
