Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 01/25/2022 The anticipated start date is February (an exact date has not been set and is dependent on abatement). Work is anticipated to end June 2022. This project includes: Renovation of existing office space at City Hall including new exterior windows, interior renovations for offices and meeting spaces and associated mechanical and electrical work. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to City of West St. Paul in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before May 27, 2022. BKBM Job No. 21359.00
