Site work for a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and transportation facility.

The goal of the MAC for the utilization of Targeted Group Businesses on this project is 2%. Project no- 2022007-00-A The project includes the installation of three (3) passenger boarding bridges (PBB) and associated fixed walkways on the G Concourse at Terminal 1. A. Work at Gate G12 includes installation of a new PBB and fixed walkway, new PCA unit, new rooftop HVAC unit, new GPU, salvaged illuminated gate sign and associated electrical and mechanical work. Work will include cameras within the PBB and security access control at the pilot door. The bridge/equipment removal, new foundations, fuel pit modifications, pavement markings and salvaging of cab mounted gate sign will be completed under other MAC projects. B. Work at Gate G13 includes installation of a new PBB and fixed walkway, new PCA unit, two new owner furnished wall mounted HVAC units, two new GPU, salvaged illuminated gate sign and associated electrical and mechanical work. Work will include cameras within the PBB, security access control at the pilot door and the reinstallation of a scooter lift system. The bridge/equipment removal, new foundations, fuel pit modifications, pavement markings, and salvaging of cab mounted gate sign will be completed under other MAC projects. C. Work at Gate G14 includes installation of a new PBB and fixed walkway, new PCA unit, new rooftop HVAC unit, new GPU, salvaged illuminated gate sign and associated electrical and mechanical work. Work will include cameras within the PBB and security access control at the pilot door.
