2022 072 03 The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: Two jobs consisting of class 5 aggregate delivery and road grading. The State reserves the right to: - Require Responders to conduct presentations, demonstrations, or submit samples; - Award by item (including category, location, etc.), by groups of items, or all items, therefore, the Responder is encouraged to offer a response for all items; - Award by location; and - Interview key personnel or references. Any award that may result from this solicitation will be based upon the established selection process. The State reserves the right to award this solicitation to a single Responder, or to multiple Responders, whichever is in the best interest of the State, providing each Responder is in compliance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation. The State reserves the right to accept all or part of an offer, to reject all offers, to cancel the solicitation, or to re-issue the solicitation, whichever is in the best interest of the State. The State desires to purchase environmentally responsible goods and services where practicable. When feasible and when the price of recycled materials does not exceed the price of non-recycled materials by more than 10%, the Commissioner, and State agencies when purchasing under delegated authority, must purchase recycled materials. See Minn. Contractor must comply with all insurance requirements specified in Exhibit B of the Contract. Prior to execution of the Contract, amendment, or assignment agreement, the State must have a current copy of the Contractor's Certificate of Insurance that meets the Contract insurance requirements.
