LAGUNA CHANNEL DREDGE Any bid received by the Town after the above date and time shall remain unopened. SCOPE OF WORK: a. The work on this contract generally consists of the following: i. Maintenance dredging of existing channel ii. Hauling and Disposal of material removed from dredging template iii. Restoration of all staging and/or material handling areas b. The work shall be performed in accordance with the approved construction documents. All materials and shop drawings shall be submitted for review by the Engineer of Record. c. Additional work may be requested by the Town to be performed as negotiated based on pricing provided in this bid, as well as other items as deemed commensurate for the requested scope of work. d. The location of the project is the channel in Big Carlos pass and Laguna Shores, within the Town of Fort Myers Beach, Lee County, Florida. Please refer to plans for further location information. The TOWN will require a Bid Bond and a Public Construction Bond on this project. Project documents and specifications can be viewed at the office of Town Hall, Town of Fort Myers Beach.
