Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hamilton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Contract Documents may be downloaded from the Plan and Print Systems website for a non- refundable cost of $35.00. A compact disc (CD) of the bid documents may also be obtained from Plan & Print Systems (telephone: 315-437-5111, fax: 315-463-1510) upon payment of a non-refundable amount of $35.00 plus $15.00 for shipping and handling per CD. Checks shall be made payable to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. Addenda for this project will be e-mailed to each plan holder of record, except as noted. E-mails will be from "BidCaster Notification." Large addenda and addenda containing full sized drawings will be issued in hard copy format only and sent via UPS. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to submit an accurate e-mail address when requesting Bidding/Contract Documents and to download each addendum. The "BidCaster Notification" will be sent to the e-mail address on record. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Section 011100 entitled "Summary of Work". The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids.
