The Scope of this project is to renovate a section of "The Old Gym Building" in and around the Pool creating an ADA Compliant Suite that will include: Reception Area Lounge Office Spaces Storage Rooms Men's and Ladies Restrooms Pantry Meeting Rooms Collaboration Area Also included in this renovation are: HVAC: new Air Handler and VAV boxes, ELECTRICAL: new distribution panel, receptacles, and Lighting, new AUDIO VISUAL equipment, New FIRE ALARM SYSTEM / SECURITY SYSTEM / BMS Systems LIGHTING CONTROLS, INTERIOR Finishes The Pool will remain and be decked over creating a sunken floor for the Collaboration Area. DEMOLITION A HAZMAT survey was performed and is included in the Documents, the following will be removed as HAZMAT Materials ASBESTOS Basement area: PIPE/DUCT INSULATION, POOL COPING Expansion Joint Sub-Basement: BLACK FIRE STOP CAULKING, GASKET MATERIAL POOL AREA: PIPE INSULATION, BROWN/YELLOW SURFACING MATERIAL ON CEILING BASEMENT: DUCT INSULATION, ELECTRIC PANEL IN OFFICE
